…since it was the first beach that I saw when we came to North Queensland. It holds a special place for me.
When my husband and I came to North Queensland a number of years ago, our first stop was at Mission Beach. As we got out of the car to stretch our legs we walked onto the beach and this vista was our introduction to the whole area.
I fell in love with this view straight away, as I know others have too. I have it hanging in our home. Whenever I look at it it brings back the excitement of starting life in the Wet Tropics.
